Looking for Full Time Barber

$20–$40 an hour

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Perform hair styling services including coloring, blowouts, and styling
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barber with proficiency in hair cutting and styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales practices to promote products and services
- Ability to sanitize tools and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and payment processing
