Looking for Customer Service Professional

 

$21-$23 an hour – Full time

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Professionally assist customers over the phone and via email.
  • Coordinate shipments and schedule deliveries.
  • Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and arrange shipments as needed
  • Print, distribute, and close orders. Bill out completed orders.
  • Promote and upsell products to new and existing customers
  • Perform bi-weekly payroll reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable collections and related communications, forward outstanding invoices as necessary.
  • Send and monitor purchase orders as directed from operations team.
  • Handle bank transactions, input orders into CRM system, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile receipts and payments.
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Outgoing, Friendly, and eager to assist customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
