Looking for Customer Service Professional
$21-$23 an hour – Full time
Responsibilities
- Professionally assist customers over the phone and via email.
- Coordinate shipments and schedule deliveries.
- Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and arrange shipments as needed
- Print, distribute, and close orders. Bill out completed orders.
- Promote and upsell products to new and existing customers
- Perform bi-weekly payroll reports.
- Manage accounts receivable collections and related communications, forward outstanding invoices as necessary.
- Send and monitor purchase orders as directed from operations team.
- Handle bank transactions, input orders into CRM system, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile receipts and payments.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, Friendly, and eager to assist customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer skills.
