Looking for Full/Part Time Budtender/Customer Experience Representative

$16.75–$18.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and product recommendations.
• Assist customers with product selection, explaining features and benefits to enhance their experience.
• Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean environment, ensuring all areas are well-organized.
• Operate computer systems to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.
• Apply basic math skills to ensure precise cash handling and transaction verification.
• Communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to address their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Active Selling It Right certification is required.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling cash and transactions.

Experience:

• Cashiering: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
