Looking for Customer Service Representative

$18-$20 an hour – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Source and complete special orders for not in stock items.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Some understanding of plumbing, electrical, and building material knowledge is encourage but training is provided.
• Weekend availability is a must
