Looking for Technical Machine Lead Hand

$24-$28 an hour – Full Time

The ideal candidate will have:

• Leadership skills that are motivational, positive, and geared toward problem solving.
• Experience leading a small team of people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for training, problem solving, and team building
• Mechanical aptitude for maintaining equipment
• Strong mathematical skills
• Experience using precision measuring tools for quality checks
• An eye for detail and colour to create products and meet customer expectations
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts
• Willingness to learn about pre-cast concrete, production processes, and various equipment
• Manufacturing experience or experience related to pre-cast concrete pouring and forming an asset
• Experience operating heavily automated production equipment an asset
