Looking for Janitor/Cleaner

$25-$30 an hour – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, common areas, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any necessary repairs or safety hazards to the Band Office.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain records for cleaning supplies

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed.
• Must obtain a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check
